Community Fun & Support
Community Living Supports (CLS) are activities provided by staff that assist adults with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities live independently and participate actively in the community. Community Living Supports additionally assist families who have children with special needs. The supports are based on the individual’s goals, choices and priorities as identified through an individual support plan and may be provided in the participant’s residence or in community settings.

Respite care service gives you the chance to step away from the responsibilities of being a caregiver. Our professional and compassionate caregivers are here to assure your loved one is safe and cared for. Primary caregivers are available to provide respite care based on your needs, whether it is for daytime/nighttime shifts or even long-term. Our team is here for you at any time, be it once or on a fixed schedule.
